- Performing full-cycle recruiting for open technical positions, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and offer negotiation.
- Providing an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction through to onboarding.
- Collaborating closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Driving or participating in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our talent strategies.
