As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on tech roles, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing top-tier talent for Binance’s rapidly growing ecosystem. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Performing full-cycle recruiting for open technical positions, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and offer negotiation.
• Providing an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction through to onboarding.
• Collaborating closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Driving or participating in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our talent strategies.
• Managing recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Developing and maintaining a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through proactive methods such as networking, university outreach, attending job fairs, and fostering ongoing relationships with potential candidates.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruiter with a passion for the tech and blockchain space. Ideal candidates will possess:

• 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for experience within top-tier Internet companies or agencies.
• Experience in business/corporate talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is required for effective coordination with global partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with modern sourcing and selection techniques to identify niche tech talent.
• Market mapping experience for global or Asia-specific markets.
• A successful track record of consistently delivering on aggressive hiring goals.
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills.
• The ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, working both independently and collaboratively.
• A positive attitude and genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
