As a Virtual Assistant with BELAY, you will become a vital extension of your clients’ teams, providing comprehensive administrative support and driving their success. This flexible 1099 contractor role allows you to manage your workload and schedule while benefiting from BELAY’s extensive client network and support system. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Maintain executive calendars and manage appointments.
  • Efficiently manage and organize emails, ensuring clarity.
  • Create and prepare presentations or spreadsheets as required.
  • Handle social media management, content creation, and posting.
  • Develop and implement workflows to streamline client operations.
  • Research technologies and provide thoughtful recommendations.
  • Administer CRMs by updating and entering client data.

📌 Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated, detail-oriented professionals eager to make a significant impact. Ideal candidates will possess:
  • 1+ years of administrative experience; 3+ years preferred.
  • Availability during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM in your time zone) for client communication; this role cannot be combined with another job that limits availability during these hours.
  • A dedicated at-home office setup including a Mac/PC computer (minimum 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, MS Office) and a reliable internet connection.
  • A smartphone with email capabilities.
  • A quiet, designated workspace conducive to professional duties.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, trustworthiness, reliability, and a high level of confidentiality.
