As a Web3 Technical Project Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding our cutting-edge Web3 projects from concept to launch. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, defining realistic roadmaps, identifying dependencies, and maintaining project rhythm.
• Unblocking teams by surfacing obstacles early, facilitating planning, connecting resources, and coaching through ambiguity.
• Translating between technical constraints for stakeholders and client priorities for engineers, ensuring alignment and progress.
• Building and nurturing strong client partnerships, communicating progress, explaining tradeoffs, and flagging risks proactively.
• Working directly with engineering teams on project scoping and execution, collaborating on feasibility, iterating based on constraints, and maintaining documentation.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on client strategy, understanding their protocol, tokenomics, and competitive position to help them optimize their shipping process.

We are seeking a highly organized and technically fluent professional with a passion for Web3. Key qualifications include:

• 3-5 years of proven experience shipping complex work end-to-end, with a strong background in startup, agency, or consulting environments.
• Genuine Web3-native engagement, familiar with DeFi, L1/L2s, stablecoins, and ecosystem development, understanding technical complexity.
• Experience in small-to-medium companies, comfortable with ambiguity, able to move fast and wear multiple hats.
• A B2B or client services background, adept at navigating relationships, managing expectations, and remaining composed under pressure.
• An organized operator with an unblocking mentality, proactively surfacing obstacles and taking ownership to drive work to completion.
• Technical fluency to effectively communicate with engineers and translate between technical constraints and business priorities.

Nice-to-Haves:

• A strong network within the crypto space, with real relationships with founders, investors, or protocol teams.
• Active participation in the crypto ecosystem (e.g., Farcaster, crypto Twitter) demonstrating engagement beyond work.
• A track record of identifying and expanding client opportunities based on relationships and experience.
