📄 Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer at CoW DAO, you will be instrumental in scaling our infrastructure and enhancing our development workflows. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Building, maintaining, and optimizing Kubernetes workloads for maximum efficiency and resilience.
  • Automating deployments and actively contributing to reducing technical debt across our systems.
  • Driving CI/CD workflow standards and contributing significantly to platform architecture and security initiatives.
  • Deploying and managing Ethereum nodes and validators, potentially on bare-metal infrastructure.
  • Collaborating closely with development teams, mentoring junior colleagues, and leading presentations to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Modifying and extending Pulumi configurations for AWS resources and continually improving our alerting solutions.
  • Enhancing logging architecture, security measures, and ensuring optimal database health.

📌 Requirements

We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in cloud and blockchain technologies. Essential qualifications include:
  • Proven experience in deploying and maintaining production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
  • Strong practical experience with Linux, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
  • Experience running Ethereum nodes or managing other blockchain infrastructure.
  • Comfort handling incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring robust system reliability.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
  • At least 1-2 years of production-level coding experience in Python, Go, Rust, or a similar language.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Postgres or any other relational/NoSQL database.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, crucial for effective remote collaboration.
