📄 Job Description

As a Virtual Client Specialist, you will be the friendly voice of Davinci Virtual, handling inbound calls for our diverse clientele. Your dedication to excellent customer service will ensure our clients’ operations run smoothly. After an initial in-person training period in our Midvale office, you will transition to a comfortable and productive work-from-home setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently process all inbound calls, strictly adhering to client-specific instructions within our software systems.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service with a pleasant, energetic, and friendly demeanor on every interaction.
  • Skillfully navigate client call flows, including websites, scheduling/calendar tools, product information, and reporting systems.
  • Compose and send professional messages using proper format, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and vocabulary.
  • Actively participate in bi-weekly call monitoring and grading to consistently meet or exceed department guidelines for call quality, accuracy, and answer time.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to all communications from co-workers, other departments, supervisors, and managers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients, contributing positively to team goals.
  • Review daily team performance statistics and strive for continuous improvement towards set goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Davinci’s policies, practices, and procedures to fulfill all job requirements.

Essential Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Internet navigation, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
  • Fluent in the English language with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.
  • A dedicated work-from-home environment free of distractions and outside noise.
  • Reliable internet connection meeting our minimum speed requirements.
  • Willingness to secure a backup work location in case of an internet outage or to work from our office whenever necessary.
