As a Virtual Assistant with myVA Rocks, LLC, you will be a key partner to busy professionals and business owners, helping them to streamline their operations and free up valuable time. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Serving multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring an engaging and varied workday.
  • Partnering with clients to identify needs, brainstorm solutions, and implement strategies for increased efficiency.
  • Providing expert support in areas such as calendar management, bookkeeping, research, document/agenda/presentation preparation, travel arrangements, and email management.
  • Organizing and streamlining digital assets, including chaotic Google Drives, to create order and accessibility.
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to foster strong client relationships and proactive problem-solving.
  • Engaging in special projects tailored to your specific strengths, such as copywriting or social media management.
