- Triage and prioritize community support requests across various channels (social DMs, Front, X, Farcaster, etc.).
- Collaborate effectively with global teammates to ensure continuous support coverage.
- Actively work to reduce response times and enhance user satisfaction across all key support channels.
- Create detailed tickets in Linear for our Product and Engineering teams to facilitate bug fixes and product enhancements.
- Execute appropriate content moderation actions to uphold community guidelines and maintain a positive environment.
📌 Requirements
- A strong, foundational understanding of Ethereum, block explorers, tokens, and general market mechanics.
- Proven experience in customer support or community management, preferably within a tech or Web3 context.
- A collaborative, empathetic, and highly detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional writing and adept communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics clearly.
- The ability to work effectively and autonomously within a remote-first work environment.
- Familiarity with various tokens, DEXs, and cryptographic concepts on both Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions.
- A genuine interest in Web3 news and culture, with active participation on platforms like Farcaster or X.
- Hands-on experience trading, posting, or actively using Zora (or similar token/market platforms).
- Previous experience in community moderation or engagement roles.
