Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process all inbound calls, strictly adhering to client-specific instructions within our software systems.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service with a pleasant, energetic, and friendly demeanor on every interaction.
- Skillfully navigate client call flows, including websites, scheduling/calendar tools, product information, and reporting systems.
- Compose and send professional messages using proper format, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and vocabulary.
- Actively participate in bi-weekly call monitoring and grading to consistently meet or exceed department guidelines for call quality, accuracy, and answer time.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all communications from co-workers, other departments, supervisors, and managers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients, contributing positively to team goals.
- Review daily team performance statistics and strive for continuous improvement towards set goals.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Davinci’s policies, practices, and procedures to fulfill all job requirements.

Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Internet navigation, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Fluent in the English language with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.
- A dedicated work-from-home environment free of distractions and outside noise.
- Reliable internet connection meeting our minimum speed requirements.
- Willingness to secure a backup work location in case of an internet outage or to work from our office whenever necessary.
