As the NUVA Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will be multifaceted, driving both strategic marketing initiatives and direct community engagement. Key areas include:

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Strategize, plan, and execute marketing initiatives aimed at growing NUVA’s audience, enhancing brand awareness, and boosting protocol engagement. This includes tracking key metrics, supporting content creation, and developing essential marketing materials in collaboration with Animoca Brands’ broader marketing team.
• NUVA Community Management: Oversee the end-to-end operation of all NUVA community-building initiatives, from virtual events like Twitter Spaces and podcasts to in-person gatherings. You will manage community vendors across platforms like Discord and Telegram, actively monitor social media mentions, and address any adverse sentiments, ensuring a positive and engaging online atmosphere.
• NUVA X / Twitter Handle Management: Own the daily operations of the NUVA Finance X (Twitter) handle, including creating compelling posts and threads that highlight the platform’s mission, narrative, products, and development. This involves collaborating with art/design teams for high-quality visual assets and actively engaging with Crypto Twitter, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other RWA and DeFi protocols to expand NUVA’s reach and reputation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in the Web3 space. The ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in growing Web3 brands.
• A deep interest in and strong understanding of Web3, Real-World Assets (RWA), and Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
• A strong portfolio showcasing the creation of viral, thought-leading content and effective community engagement strategies.
• Robust strategic marketing skills, from concept development to execution and performance analysis.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, or other additional languages, is a plus.
• Basic graphic design skills or knowledge are a plus.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to lead projects, adapt quickly to change, and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Prior experience liaising with external vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with performance analytics tools for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional creativity and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
