- Leading strategic, large-scale technology initiatives from discovery to successful launch, ensuring seamless coordination across diverse teams and functions.
- Proactively managing the entire project lifecycle, including tracking progress, resolving dependencies, mitigating risks, and providing clear status updates to all stakeholders.

📌 Requirements
- 8+ years of dedicated software project management experience, with a strong preference for domain knowledge in crypto trading or exchange platforms.
- A deep and comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, architectural principles, and infrastructure.
- Solid expertise in API and FIX protocol usage within a fast-paced trading environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all business units.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with a proven ability to align disparate groups towards common project goals.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and fluent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Exposure to Waterfall and Agile development methodologies; experience as a Scrum Master is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience in process improvement and automation is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus, facilitating frequent interaction with key business partners in the APAC region.
